Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the LinkUp software application (the "Application" or "Software").

Your access to and use of the Application is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, downloaders, and others who access or use the Application.

1. License and Scope of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and free license to download, install, and use the Application strictly for personal and non-commercial professional DJ playlist packaging, sharing, and synchronization in accordance with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its original source code, features, design, assets, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of the original developer and its licensors.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty (AS IS)

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

4. DJ Playlist Packages

Rekordbox playlist collections are the user's valuable intellectual and professional assets. While LinkUp employs standard ZIP packaging and direct cloud sharing, the user is solely responsible for verifying that archives are successfully packed and transmitted to destination setups.

We are not responsible for any playlist data corruption, track loss, cue point loss, or hardware failures associated with the use of the Application.

5. Third-Party Services (Google Drive, WebDAV)

The Application integrates with third-party services (such as Google Drive, WebDAV, and FTP servers). Your use of these integrations is governed by the terms of service of those respective third-party providers. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the performance, service availability, or data handling practices of Google or any external hosting providers.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the developer, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
